Foraged a cinnabar chanterelle on my morning walk.

Found this cinnabar chanterelle on my morning walk along the ridge. It’s going straight into my omelet, along with some golden chanterelles a neighbor foraged and was kind enough to share.

If you’ve never had a chanterelle, it’s the best-tasting mushroom I know of. A fine start to the beginning of the week.
