Your house Negroni—gin, Campari, and Aura Teranino standing in for sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin (Tanqueray)
- 2 oz Campari
- 2 oz Aura Teranino
Method
- Stir with ice; strain over a large cube; express an orange peel.
Note. Teranino stands in for sweet vermouth—recalibrate with sweet vermouth once stocked.
