Makes 2 cocktails

A riff on the tiki cult classic—Campari's bitterness against aged rum, blood orange for the pineapple.

Ingredients

• 3 oz aged rum (Planteray Sealander)
• 1 ½ oz Campari
• 3 oz blood orange juice
• 1 ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup

Method

1. Shake everything with ice.
2. Strain over crushed or cubed ice.
3. Garnish with an orange slice.

Note. A riff on the tiki classic—blood orange juice stands in for the usual pineapple.
