Makes 2 cocktails

A sunset-colored agave sour—añejo tequila and vanilla-rich Licor 43 over lime and blood orange.

Ingredients

• 3 oz añejo tequila (Tequila Manía)
• 1 oz Licor 43
• 1 ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 ½ oz blood orange juice
• 2 large egg whites (optional)

Method

1. Dry shake if using the egg whites, then shake again with ice.
2. Strain over fresh ice, or up into a coupe.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel.
