Makes 2 cocktails
Apple brandy, nocino, and sparkling cider—pie in a tall glass for the porch.
Ingredients
- 3 oz apple brandy (Laird's Tenth Generation)
- 1 oz nocino (Nux Alpina)
- 1 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz cinnamon demerara syrup
- sparkling cider (Nature's Nectar), to top
Method
- Shake the brandy, walnut liqueur, lemon, and cinnamon demerara with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass over ice; top with sparkling cider.
- Grate nutmeg over the top.
