A shortcut Old Fashioned—barrel-aged Pappy & Co mixer carries the sugar and bitters; just add bourbon and a cube.

Ingredients

• 4 oz bourbon (Weller)
• 1 oz Pappy & Co Old Fashioned mixer
• 1 dash spiced cherry bitters (Woodford Reserve)

Method

1. Stir the bourbon and mixer over ice, or build over a large cube.
2. Add the spiced cherry bitters; express an orange peel.

Note. The Pappy & Co mixer is pre-sweetened and bittered—adjust to taste.
