Ridge Walnut Espresso

Makes 2 cocktails
An espresso martini with backbone—bourbon, Kahlúa, nocino, and fresh espresso.
Ingredients
- 3 oz bourbon (Four Roses)
- 1 ½ oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 1 oz nocino (Nux Alpina)
- 2 oz fresh espresso
Method
- Shake hard with ice; double strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with three coffee beans.
Note. Float a little Baileys Espresso Crème for a richer version.
