Spiced Cherry Old Fashioned

An autumn Old Fashioned—bourbon and cinnamon demerara with a double hit of cherry bitters. Warm, spiced, deep.
Ingredients
- 4 oz bourbon (Buffalo Trace)
- ½ oz cinnamon demerara syrup
- 2 dashes cherry bitters (Fee Brothers)
- 2 dashes spiced cherry bitters (Woodford Reserve)
Method
- Stir with ice until well-chilled.
- Strain over a large cube.
- Express an orange peel; a brandied cherry to garnish.
