Married c.1600 Olav Gudbrandson Gjellerud—the lensmannlensmann A Norwegian rural official, usually one of the district's farmers, who served as sheriff. He assisted the bailiff and the court, witnessed probate, and made arrests. All the words (sheriff) and wealthiest landowner in Flesberg from 1620s–1650s. Eight children. Widow from c.1656 with 2 horses, 17 cattle, 36 sheep. Probate Sept 25, 1663. Lived in Gjellerud stugu, possibly dating to before the Black Death (year 1300 carved in porch).
